JBM Ogihara Die Tech Private Limited. “JODT” JODT is the second Joint Venture Company that has recently been completed an official JV agreement on April 24, 2018 between the 3 parties are JBM Auto Limited holding 51%, Jay Bharat Maruti Limited holding 39% and Ogihara (Thailand) Co., Ltd., holding 10%. JODT will be incorporated in Delhi, India. Consequently, this plant will be a new tool room for manufacturing press stamping dies including Ultra High Tensile and Critical BIW Dies.
